Role Description The Sales and Marketing Expert will work full time on-site at the Bengaluru office, driving business growth for Starva’s architecture and construction management services. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships through regular meetings, presentations, and follow-ups. The expert will develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage digital and offline promotional activities, and coordinate with internal teams to align sales strategies with project capabilities. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts. The role also requires representing the company at industry events, building brand awareness, and supporting long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
• Marketing expertise in campaign planning, brand positioning, and promotional activities.
• Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in construction, real estate, or related sectors is highly beneficial.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work collaboratively with project and technical teams on-site in Bengaluru.
