· We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive business growth for our niche product portfolio across the area/territory. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in industrial sales, business development record of achieving sales targets in the cutting tools industry.

This role will be Mumbai-based, with regular travel in assigned territory

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for products in basket.

· Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in area.

· Identify new business opportunities across automotive, engineering, die-mould, aerospace, power generation, oil & gas and general machining industries.

· Share periodic MIS reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates with management.

Candidate Profile

· 8–12 years of experience in cutting tools domain.

· Demonstrated ability in business development and dealer/channel network building.

· Strong technical understanding of machining and thread cutting processes.

· Experience in managing the territory.

Education

· Degree OR Diploma in Mechanical/production Engineering with 8-10 years' experience
