RTR Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented RTR Analyst to join our finance team in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in record to report processes, including general ledger management, bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. As an RTR Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the record to report process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with accounts receivable and accounts payable teams to streamline processes and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights to management for decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements within the RTR function.
