RF Optimization Engineer with Parameter Level Optimization Experience

We have openings for experienced RF Optimization Engineers with strong hands-on expertise in 4G and 5G network optimization, parameter-level optimization, counter analysis, and OSS KPI monitoring. The ideal candidate must have in-depth technical knowledge, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities to drive network performance improvements.

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Diploma not eligible)

Experience Required: 812 Years

Base Location: Bengaluru / Noida

Work Mode: Work from Home (for highly competent candidates, subject to approval)

Salary: Approx 75,000 CTC per month

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end RF optimization for 4G and 5G networks.
• Conduct parameter-level analysis, tuning, and optimization to improve network performance.
• Analyze network counters, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize OSS KPIs to improve accessibility, retainability, mobility, throughput, and overall network quality.
• Identify network performance issues, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend effective optimization solutions.
• Track network performance trends and validate the impact of optimization changes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve network performance issues.
• Prepare optimization reports, technical presentations, and performance improvement recommendations.
• Communicate technical findings and optimization results effectively to stakeholders.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in 4G LTE and 5G NR RF Optimization.
• Excellent knowledge of RF parameter-level optimization and tuning.
• Strong expertise in counter-level analysis and performance troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with OSS KPI analysis, monitoring, and optimization.
• Ability to interpret network performance data and implement optimization strategies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills.

Candidate Profile

• 812 years of relevant experience in RF Optimization.
• Proven practical experience in 4G and 5G network performance optimization.
• Candidates must have hands-on optimization experience rather than only theoretical knowledge.
• Must be capable of independently analyzing network performance issues and implementing corrective actions.
