RF Mobile Application Support / XML Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an RF Mobile Application Support / XML Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our technical team.

The role involves working with RF Mobile applications, XML-based forms/configurations, HTML, SQL, application testing, troubleshooting, and system-related issues. The ideal candidate should be comfortable analyzing application behavior, making configuration/form changes, testing solutions, and working closely with technical teams.

Candidates with experience in warehouse applications, WMS, RF/mobile applications, XML forms, or application support will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with RF Mobile applications and support day-to-day application requirements.
• Create, modify, maintain, and troubleshoot XML-based forms/screens and configurations.
• Analyze application issues and identify the root cause of problems.
• Perform testing of forms, screens, and application changes before deployment.
• Work with XML, HTML, and basic SQL for application-related requirements.
• Validate data using SQL queries and assist in database-related troubleshooting.
• Research and understand how RF Mobile applications interact with other systems.
• Coordinate with developers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to resolve application issues.
• Implement configuration/form changes based on business requirements.
• Document changes, issues, testing results, and solutions.
• Provide application support and troubleshoot production or user-reported issues.
• Learn and work with warehouse/business applications and internal systems.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in IT, application support, software development, or a related technical role.
• Hands-on experience with XML.
• Experience working with XML forms, screens, templates, or configurations.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Basic understanding of HTML.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with application testing and debugging.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and investigate issues independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new applications and technologies.

AI Tools & Modern Development Practices

• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor AI, or similar tools.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
