Job Requirements

Skills - Sales Cloud, CPQ, Agentforce Revenue Management, Data 360, Agentforce ● The candidate must have 8-12 years of experience in Salesforce ● Collaborate with security and compliance teams to uphold platform governance best practices. ● Experience in solutioning and delivering projects in Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud and CPQ ● Deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ — including product rules, pricing rules, quote templates, advanced approvals, and contracting. ● Solid understanding of Revenue Cloud — product catalog management, pricing procedures, order lifecycle, and known platform limitations. ● Experience in Billing and End to End revenue management and experience in migration from Salesforce CPQ to ARM ● Experience in configuring products, pricing procedures, qualification rules in revenue cloud ● In-depth knowledge of prompt builder, defining guardrails and testing agents ● Ability to leverage Salesforce Data Cloud or MuleSoft to feed historical CPQ context into the AI engine ● Proven experience building production-grade autonomous agents using Agentforce, including scoping agent topics, creating actions, and publishing to AgentExchange. ● Expertise in designing scalable architectures for high-volume financial data, ensuring data integrity, idempotency, and strict error handling during migrations. ● Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations, event-driven architecture (Platform Events / Change Data Capture), and ETL design patterns. ● Experience using Metadata/Tooling APIs to build dynamic configuration wizards that adapt to diverse customer environments. ● Strong grasp of financial compliance and revenue recognition standards (ASC 606 / IFRS 15), including standalone selling price (SSP) and performance obligations (POBs). ● Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles under ASC 606 and IFRS 15. Perform code reviews to ensure the quality of the application meets the defined standards.
