Retail Operations Manager

Role Overview

House of Fett is looking for a *Retail Operations Manager* to manage retail buying, merchandise planning, inventory, and store operations across EBOs, MBOs, and key buyer accounts. The role will focus on driving sales through effective assortment, stock planning, replenishment, and performance analysis.

### Key Responsibilities

• Manage *retail buying, assortment planning, and merchandise planning* for EBOs, MBOs, and key accounts.
• Analyse *sales, stock, sell-through, ageing, WOC, and store performance* to support buying decisions.
• Prepare *buy plans, store allocations, replenishment plans, and inventory MIS*.
• Monitor and manage *RTVs, stock transfers, IBTs, and inventory balancing*.
• Identify bestsellers, slow-moving and ageing styles and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate with *stores, warehouse, production, vendors, VM, and management* for smooth operations.
• Track store and category performance and support *EOSS, promotions, and markdown planning*.
• Work with buyers/MBOs to understand requirements and improve assortment and sell-through.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree mandatory; preference for *Fashion/Retail Management or Merchandising*.
• *3–6 years of experience* in retail buying, planning, merchandising, or retail operations.
• Strong *MS Excel and analytical skills*.
• Good understanding of *fashion merchandise, apparel categories, inventory planning, and retail trends*.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of *ERP/MIS or Power BI* will be an added advantage.
