Requirements

Education Qualification

Full-time Engineering degree in Data Science/ AI&ML/ Computational Mathematics/ Statistics or related field.

Added Advantage

Relevant certifications or notable achievements in retail analytics, consumer behavior, market research, business strategy, or interdisciplinary programs.

Required Skills

• Experience in retail analytics, business intelligence, or data analytics.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and customer analytics.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of predictive analytics and forecasting techniques.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze retail, customer, inventory, and sales data.
• Build dashboards, reports, and performance monitoring frameworks.
• Support store performance analysis and site selection initiatives.
• Develop forecasting models for sales, demand, and inventory planning.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve business performance.
