We're looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily floor operations at Chāo. **Responsibilities:**

• Supervise service staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Coordinate with kitchen for order flow and quality
• Manage staff schedules and on-floor discipline
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance standards are met
• Taking orders, managing tables elevating customer experience. Following opening and closing procedures
• Requirements: - 2+ years supervisory experience in a restaurant/QSR
• Strong communication and team management skills - Malayalam/English/Hindi fluency preferred
