📍 Location: Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Anand, Surat, Nadiad, Mehsana 💼 Role: Restaurant Manager (QSR) At Burgonomics, we’re looking for a passionate, driven and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to lead our outlet operations, manage staff and deliver an exceptional customer experience. 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth flow. Handle POS systems, billing, and transactions efficiently. Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve escalations. Supervise staff, manage shifts, and maintain workflow. Train team members and ensure SOP compliance. Monitor performance and report updates to management. Ensure high standard of food quality, cleanliness and kitchen hygiene. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Experience working with QSR brands is a must. Strong leadership and team management skills. Leadership qualities and problem solving mindset. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS billing software.
