Restaurant Manager (Chandigarh)

Shaffa is looking for an experienced, dynamic and hands-on Restaurant Manager to join our team in Sector 26, Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant operations, exceptional guest service skills and a proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee daily floor operations to ensure seamless service, high standards of cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations.
• Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise front-of-house staff, creating a positive and productive work culture.
• Guest Relations: Interact with guests, handle feedback proactively and ensure exceptional dining experiences.
• Administrative Duties: Assist the General Manager with inventory management, scheduling, daily reporting and cost control.
• Service Excellence: Maintain high service standards and ensure every guest receives prompt, friendly, and professional service.
• Staff Scheduling: Prepare shift schedules, monitor attendance, and ensure adequate staffing during operating hours.
• Quality & Hygiene: Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and company standards at all times.
• Inventory Management: Monitor restaurant supplies, assist with stock control, and minimize wastage.
• Sales & Performance: Support sales initiatives, achieve operational targets, and help improve guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Problem Resolution: Address operational challenges and guest concerns quickly to maintain smooth restaurant operations.
• Reporting & Administration: Assist with daily reports, cash handling, and operational documentation while supporting the General Manager in administrative tasks.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
