Restaurant Manager Ajmer (India)

Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.

Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer complaints professionally.

Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards.

Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, and wastage control.

Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance and staffing requirements.

Monitor daily sales, cash handling, expenses, and operational costs.

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.

Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.

Conduct staff meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

Support marketing and promotional activities to increase sales and customer retention.

Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management.

Identify prospects to improve efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
