Restaurant Assistant Store Manager

Job Title: restaurant Assistant Store Manager Company: Covai Anganan Biryani House We are looking for a responsible and organized Assistant Store Manager to support our restaurant store operations. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in managing daily store operations. - Maintain stock records and inventory levels. - Receive and verify goods from suppliers. - Monitor stock movement, expiry dates, and wastage. - Coordinate with kitchen and purchase departments. - Maintain proper storage, cleanliness, and hygiene. - Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits. - Prepare daily stock reports and update records. - Ensure proper storage of food ingredients and materials. - Report shortages and discrepancies to the Store Manager. Requirements: - Minimum qualification: any degree,diploma,12th pass - Previous experience in store or inventory management is preferred. - Basic computer and Excel knowledge. - Good communication and organizational skills. - Honest, punctual, and responsible. - Willingness to work in a restaurant environment. Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
