ASSISTANT MANAGER – GUEST EXPERIENCE 📍 Gurugram About the Role We are looking for an Assistant Manager (Guest Experience) for a premium speakeasy bar. You will be the face of the guest journey — from the moment someone walks in to the moment they leave — and the operational backbone on the floor. What You'll Do Own the end-to-end guest experience across every service Manage floor operations including seating, pacing and team coordination Handle guest feedback, complaints and special requests with confidence Lead the team during events and activations Support with scheduling and daily briefings Ensure all SOPs are followed consistently across shifts What We're Looking For 3–5 years in hospitality, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role Excellent communication and people management skills Calm under pressure — ability to handle a full house and difficult guests Prior experience in premium restaurants, bars or hotels preferred Fluent in Hindi and English What We Offer Fixed weekly off (Monday) | No offs on Friday, Saturday, Sunday Growth path to senior management as the concept scales EPF, ESIC and statutory benefits as applicable
