Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, increase direct bookings, and strengthen the resort's market presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality sales, corporate business development, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive direct bookings and revenue growth.
• Develop corporate, travel agent, and MICE business.
• Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Generate leads and convert them into bookings.
• Manage brand presence and online reputation.
• Lead and mentor the sales team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hospitality/resort sales & marketing experience.
• Strong travel trade and corporate network.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Language: English (Preferred)

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

• Kalady, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience

• Hospitality Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
