Residential Real Estate

The Residential Real Estate role supports property research, information management, and leasing activities for corporate clients in Bengaluru. The position involves working with property owners and brokers, preparing property proposals, and supporting property viewings and leasing processes. The working arrangement is Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays for half a day.

Responsibilities

• Research office, commercial, factory, and warehouse properties
• Collect and organise property information
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date property inventory
• Build relationships with property owners and brokers
• Support the preparation of property proposals for corporate clients
• Support property viewings and leasing processes

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential leasing
• Knowledge of and strong connections within the Bengaluru real estate market
• Knowledge of the South India real estate market would be an advantage
• Corporate sales experience
• Good English communication skills
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Willing to work at the Bengaluru branch office
