Resident Site Engineer / Supervisor (Ahmednagar)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil, fit-out, MEP, tiling, painting, and installation works.
• Coordinate electrical loads, plumbing, HVAC, and installations for industrial bakery ovens, refrigeration, and production machinery.
• Manage contractors, vendors, manpower, material movement, and site activities.
• Prepare Gantt charts, project schedules, milestone trackers, and daily/weekly progress reports.
• Monitor material consumption, labor productivity, inventory, project budgets, and cost control.
• Verify subcontractor measurements and bills against actual site progress.
• Coordinate technical and commercial quotations and ensure timely material procurement.

Candidate Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of hands-on site execution experience.
• Mandatory: Experience in industrial fit-outs, commercial kitchens, bakeries, or food processing/manufacturing units.
• Experience managing multi-floor projects from inception to handover.
• Ability to read MEP, HVAC, structural, and architectural drawings.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Excel.
• Solid contractor management, cost-control, and execution skills.
• Fluency in Marathi and Hindi preferred.
• Willingness to maintain a full-time physical presence at the Supa project site.
