Require a Java Backend Developer in Hyderabad

• Spearhead complex, multi-phase projects from concept to delivery, managing scope, resources, risks, and timelines
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define objectives, allocate resources, and track progress
• Conduct regular performance reviews using KPIs and project dashboards; initiate corrective measures to mitigate delays or deviations
• Develop comprehensive reports, executive summaries, and visual presentations for leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree

• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a similar leadership role
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
• Demonstrated success in managing high-impact projects within fast-paced environments
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Trello) and data analysis platforms
