Skills

8+ years of frontend engineering experienceStrong expertise in React and TypeScriptExperience building and scaling design systems or shared component librariesProven frontend architecture and platform ownership experienceExposure to React reputed company and mobile platformsExperience with Storybook, reputed company, accessibility, and frontend developer toolingComfortable mentoring engineers and influencing technical directionInterest in AI-assisted development workflows and modern engineering productivity toolsExperience with accessibility (WCAG)Internationalization and localization experienceExperience in reputed company, HealthTech, HRTech, or other high-reputed company product companiesExperience working on platform, infrastructure, or developer enablement teams
