About the Role

You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, working with high-demand roles and continuous hiring needs all with full flexibility and autonomy.

What You'll Do

Source and attract candidates for live studio and presenter roles

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes

Screen, interview, and assess candidates

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast and quality delivery

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in sourcing and recruitment (high-volume preferred)

Fluent English (mandatory)

Solid communication and candidate management skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on placements
