They are seeking a Product Manager for Data & Analytics to enhance their engagement platform, focusing on data, analytics, reporting, and intelligence capabilities to improve member engagement and client outcomes.ResponsibilitiesOwn product discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, and delivery for data, analytics, reporting, and intelligence capabilities within Icarios platformPartner closely with Engineering, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Architecture teams to define buildable requirements, clarify technical dependencies, and support executionTranslate business, operational, client, and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow definitions, and success measuresPrioritize product work based on business value, client impact, platform scalability, data quality, technical feasibility, and alignment to product strategySupport the evolution of Icarios new platform by defining capabilities that improve data visibility, reporting accuracy, analytics usability, performance measurement, and decision-makingWork with cross-functional stakeholders to understand current reporting and analytics pain points, workflow gaps, data dependencies, and opportunities for platform improvementPartner with Engineering to refine scope, sequence delivery, resolve ambiguity, and make informed tradeoff decisions throughout the product development lifecycleStrong fluency with Jira and Confluence is important for this role. This person should be comfortable using Jira to manage product work from discovery through delivery, including epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement, sprint/release scope, dependencies, and delivery statusDefine and manage a product backlog for assigned platform capabilities, ensuring the work is clear, prioritized, and aligned to roadmap objectivesCollaborate with Product Operations, Operations, Support, and Client Success to understand implementation needs, production issues, reporting gaps, and recurring user frictionHelp identify where data, analytics, automation, and AI can improve member engagement, program performance, operational efficiency, and client outcomesSupport the early evolution of AI-enabled capabilities by helping define use cases, data needs, workflow implications, user value, risks, and product requirementsPartner with UX, Analytics, and client-facing teams to ensure reporting and analytics experiences are understandable, actionable, and aligned to user needsDefine product success metrics and partner with Analytics to evaluate adoption, usage, performance, quality, and business impactCommunicate product priorities, tradeoffs, delivery status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholdersHelp drive a more scalable product operating model by creating clarity around requirements, decision-making, dependencies, and delivery expectationsSkills47 years of professional experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Data Product Manager, Platform Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related role with strong product ownership exposureExperience working with data, analytics, reporting, platform products, data-driven workflows, or technical product capabilitiesStrong ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plansJira epics, stories, acceptance criteria, backlog hygiene, and delivery visibility for assigned product areasConfluence documentation for product requirements, decisions, workflows, reporting logic, release context, and stakeholder alignmentClear, buildable product artifacts that reduce ambiguity before work enters Engineering executionExperience partnering directly with Engineering, Data Engineering, Analytics, Architecture, QA, and technical stakeholdersAbility to understand technical concepts such as data flows, integrations, APIs, reporting logic, data quality, configuration, rules, and platform dependenciesStrong prioritization skills, with the ability to balance client needs, business value, technical complexity, risk, and platform scalabilityExperience managing a product backlog and driving execution through Agile or similar product development processesComfort working with reporting tools, analytics platforms, data visualization, BI tools, data warehouses, or operational reporting systemsAbility to use data to inform product decisions, measure success, and evaluate product performanceStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersComfortable working in ambiguity and creating structure where requirements, workflows, or ownership are unclearStrong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to influence through clarity, credibility, and strong product .
