KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Outbound Sourcing: Proactively search, map, and gather fresh lead databases from open sources (Telegram groups, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook groups, specialized crypto/finance forums).- Cold Calling Execution: Conduct high-volume outbound calling campaigns (~50 targeted dials per day for part-time / 80-120 dials for full-time) to engage global prospects interested in passive income, trading, and crypto.- Lead Qualification: Present Assetara's product ecosystem, handle initial objections, qualify potential investors, and successfully book meetings/registrations.- CRM & Multi-Channel Follow-ups: Log 100% of your interactions in Zoho CRM daily, assigning accurate statuses.- Link Attribution via WhatsApp: Immediately send your personalized registration links to qualified prospects via WhatsApp or preferred messengers to secure automatic lead attribution.- KPI Performance: Consistently meet performance metrics, aiming for a minimum target of 300 valid 1-minute conversations per month.REQUIREMENTS- Crypto Client Base (Top Priority): Candidates who already have their own database or network of crypto/finance clients for cold calling will be given the highest priority.- Experience: 3+ months of proven experience in outbound call centers, cold calling, or telemarketing (prior experience in Crypto, Forex, Finance, Trading, or Info-business is a huge plus).- Language Skills: Fluent English is mandatory (transparent diction, confident phone presence, no language barrier). Proficiency in additional languages (Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Arabic, Hindi, etc.) is highly desirable and increases your priority.- Lead Sourcing Skills: Ability to independently find and extract potential client contacts from social media and online networks.- Tech Stack: Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Zoho CRM) and reliable remote work setup (stable internet, quality headset, quiet environment).- Mindset: Highly self-motivated, agile, thick-skinned against rejection, and driven by building long-term network commission pipelines.COMPENSATION & REFERRAL PROGRAM STRUCTUREWe eliminate complex corporate math and use a highly transparent hybrid model that rewards consistency and closing results.
