Hiring: Relationship Manager (RM) / Relationship Officer (RO) – Home Loans

AlienHouse Networks is hiring on behalf of our partner company in the home loan and financial services sector.

ELIGIBILITY

• Minimum 1 year of experience in home loan field sales
• CIBIL score of 700 or above
• Age: below 35 years
• Candidates currently or previously employed with DBA companies will not be considered

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Annual CTC: ₹3.5 LPA to ₹4 LPA, or up to 30% hike on last drawn salary, subject to company norms
• Monthly in-hand: approx. ₹30,000 to ₹32,000
• Travelling Allowance (TA)
• Health Insurance
• Performance-based incentives

WORKING SCHEDULE

• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, 6 days a week
• Weekly off: 1st and 2nd Saturdays of the month

INTERVIEW PROCESS

• Round 1: Telephonic interview
• Round 2: Face-to-face interview

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate business through field sales and customer acquisition for home loan products
• Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities
• Conduct field visits and promote suitable loan products
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Guide customers through the home loan application and documentation process
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement
• Achieve assigned sales targets
