Job Summary

Generate loan business through outbound DSA calling, lead conversion, customer follow-ups, and channel partner development while managing cases through disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads, conduct outbound calls, and convert prospects.
• Source loan business and develop DSA/channel partner relationships.
• Coordinate with customers, bankers, and internal teams.
• Manage loan cases from login to disbursement.
• Maintain MIS, follow up on pending cases, and achieve business targets.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline; Finance/Commerce preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant sales or loan industry experience.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.

Performance Criteria

• Calling productivity, lead conversion, and disbursement.
• Business target achievement and partner acquisition.
• Timely case processing, follow-ups, and MIS reporting.
