Equitas Small Finance Bank is hiring dynamic and self-driven professionals for field roles in Micro Finance and Mortgage Lending. This opportunity involves sourcing and managing Micro Loan Against Property (LAP), Micro Housing, and Micro Finance products ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹5 lakhs. Candidates should possess strong fieldwork ethics, customer engagement skills, and a sound understanding of financial services.

📌 Key Responsibilities

For Micro Finance Sales Officer

• Develop a steady pipeline of eligible Micro Finance customers.
• Encourage enrollment into recurring deposit schemes.
• Ensure first-time-right loan documentation and disbursement.
• Meet monthly disbursement and repayment targets.

For Relationship Manager – MLAP / Mortgages

• Source and convert leads for Micro LAP and Micro Housing loans.
• Conduct income assessments via personal discussions and field visits.
• Complete end-to-end loan documentation and track until disbursement.
• Monitor repayments and ensure customer satisfaction post-loan.

✅ Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years in Banks/NBFCs/Housing Finance (preferably in Micro Finance or LAP).
• Languages: Fluency in the regional language; working knowledge of English.
• Skills: Field sales, customer handling, basic Excel, and email communication.
• Education: Any Graduate (B.Com preferred); MBA or PG is an added advantage.
