Relationship Manager - Banca Channel

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Relationship Manager for the Banca Channel to drive life insurance sales through our allocated bank branches in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Branch Managers and bank staff, generating business through leads provided by the bank and walk-in customers, and conducting joint customer meetings with bank officials to close sales. The Relationship Manager will also need to understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance products, ensuring the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies. Daily sales reports and activity updates will be required to track performance and progress. Candidates should possess a graduate degree in any discipline and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Life Insurance Sales. Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills are essential, along with the ability to build long-term relationships with bank partners. Good negotiation and closing skills are also required, as well as a willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
