What you will do

• Balance legal risk against commercial urgency and say which you recommend.
• Review procurement and supplier terms against risk appetite.
• Manage the legal aspects of product launches into new markets.
• Protect intellectual property through registration and enforcement.
• Advise on real estate and leasing arrangements.
• Run legal due diligence on transactions and report findings clearly.
• Supervise trainees and junior lawyers on live matters.
