• Lead the technical training initiatives for the region.
• Maintain and update the training coverage for the region.
• Work closely with business and provide training related support.
• Play the role of solution provider for business.
• Interact with training vendors/ local training partners.
• Capability Program - build network of training institutes.
• Adherence to compliance related training.
• Ensuring elevation readiness of talent identified.
