About the Role

Electronica Finance is hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth in Working Capital, Supply Chain Finance, and Machinery Loan segments across the region. The role involves building strong client relationships, managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving business targets.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Working Capital Finance
• Strong hands-on experience in Supply Chain Finance and Machinery Loan
• Pure sales background in Working Capital & Supply Chain Finance
• Proven experience in Team Handling and driving business growth
• Strong network with MSME / Corporate clients
• Excellent leadership, business development, and relationship management skills

Eligibility

Qualification: MBA (Mandatory)

Age: 25–40 years

Experience: Minimum 10 years

Location Preference: Pune-based candidates only

Role Overview

As RSM, you will lead a team, own regional business targets, and expand the company's footprint in Working Capital, Supply Chain Finance, and Machinery Loan financing — working closely with MSME and corporate clients.

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
