Regional Sales Manager ( Location - Pan India )Leads regional sales operations, To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience managing the sales operation & taking accountability for reaching targets. Manage client accounts, and drives revenue growth.For the following Individual Division :-Divisions :-A ) Knitted Home furnishing :- Bedding, Blankets, Bedsheets, Throws, Cushions etc.B ) Knitted Kids & Baby Products :- Baby Blankets, Quilts, Soft Toys, Play Mats etc.C ) Knitted Pet Products :- Pet Toys, Pet Sweaters & T shirts, Pet Beds &Mats etc.Key Responsibilities :-- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement regional sales plans to hit revenue and market share goals across retail, wholesale, or institutional channels. - Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise regional sales representatives and field agents. - Key Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with major distributors, multi-brand outlets (MBOs), retail chains, interior decorators, Hospitality Industries etc. For Pet Products, Pet shop, Pet Clinic & Doctors, Major Distributors & wholesaler.- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and shifting consumer preferences. - Operations Coordination: Work with supply chain and production teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery. - Payment follow-up - Polite message or reminder sent to a client or customers to collect money for an unpaid invoice.Required Skills & QualificationsAbility to measure and analyse key performance indicators (ROI andKPIs).Travel : Ready to travel as needed.Experience: 8 to 10 years Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or Textile Management.Soft Skills: Robust negotiation, team building, and communication abilities.Technical Proficiency: Experience with MS Office Suit & mail.
