Job Description: Regional Product Manager / Alliance Manager Cisco

Location: North ( Delhi/ Gurgaon)

Reporting To: Business Head

Role Summary

  • Team Computers is seeking an experienced, growth-oriented Alliance Manager / Regional Product Manager to drive the strategic expansion, governance, and revenue growth of our Cisco OEM Product & Solutions Portfolio across the North & East Region.
  • Acting as a strategic overlay between Team Computers regional sales engine and Cisco's OEM leadership, you will lead joint Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, drive sales enablement, foster deep executive relationships with Cisco stakeholders, and accelerate product, solution, and services adoption across our existing and target enterprise customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • OEM Strategy & Go-To-Market (GTM) Alignment
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive annual and quarterly OEM partner growth strategy tailored for the North & East Region.
  • Translate Cisco's monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, technology, and certification targets into actionable internal sales strategies.
  • Act as the key liaison between Cisco leadership and internal stakeholders to align business outcomes with evolving customer needs.
  • Sales Enablement & Overlay Management
  • Work as a dedicated overlay consultant alongside Regional Managers (RMs) and Account Managers (AMs) to identify, target, and expand Cisco footprint across accounts.
  • Conduct regular enablement programs, solution workshops, and product updates for internal sales teams to increase mindshare and pipeline velocity.
  • Assist internal sales teams in positioning Cisco enterprise networking, security, data center, and cloud solutions throughout all lifecycle stages (Planning, Building, Closing, and Managing).
  • Relationship Management & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build, nurture, and leverage high-level relationships with key stakeholders, PAMs (Partner Account Managers), and regional sales leadership at Cisco.
  • Serve as a trusted OEM strategic advisor across the entire organization, providing market intelligence, competitive dynamics, and solution positioning guidance.
  • Pipeline Acceleration & Solution Adoption
  • Drive product and services adoption across new and existing customer accounts.
  • Co-sell with Cisco account teams on strategic enterprise opportunities to maximize win rates and deal size.
  • Track and report on ROI, partner incentives, rebates, and joint marketing initiatives to maximize profitability.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Revenue & Margin Growth: Achievement of regional revenue and gross margin targets for the Cisco portfolio.
  • Pipeline Expansion: Growth in co-sell pipeline velocity and deal win rates.
  • OEM Leadership Engagement: Regular rhythm of joint business reviews (JBRs) and strategic alignment meetings with Cisco teams.
  • Enablement Coverage: Percentage of sales teams enabled on new Cisco architectures and campaigns.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in OEM Alliance Management, Product Management, or Business Development within a leading System Integrator (SI) or IT Distributor.
  • Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Cisco's product ecosystem, partner programs, architectures, and enterprise market dynamics.
  • Network & Relationships: Established rapport and direct contacts with Cisco regional sales leadership and partner account teams in the South region.
  • Sales & Business Acumen: Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets and managing complex partner ecosystems.
  • Communication & Influence: Superior presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional internal and external teams.
  • Operational Excellence: Solid time management, target setting, forecast accuracy, and analytical skills to manage multiple regional initiatives simultaneously. .
