Job Title: Recruitment Specialist / Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Follow up with candidates and clients until offer and joining.
• Build candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment databases.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong communication, sourcing, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of job portals and end-to-end recruitment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
