Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Domestic Recruitment & Client Management professional

with 10–12 years of experience in the Indian staffing/recruitment industry.

The ideal candidate should be a

hands-on recruiter

with strong experience managing clients, working on

MSP/VMS hiring programs

, and handling platforms such as

SAP Fieldglass

. The person should have experience working with large enterprise clients and should also be capable of

developing new client relationships and bringing new business opportunities to the organization

.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end

domestic recruitment

for enterprise clients.

• Remain actively involved in

hands-on sourcing, screening, interview coordination and closures

.

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and understand hiring requirements.
• Work closely with

MSP/VMS programs

and manage recruitment through platforms such as

SAP Fieldglass

.

• Handle client escalations, recruitment SLAs, TATs, submissions and hiring performance.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams and MSP stakeholders.
• Identify and develop

new client opportunities

and contribute to business development.

• Generate new requirements and expand existing client accounts.
• Maintain recruitment metrics, pipelines and regular client reports.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery against client requirements.
• Drive both

recruitment delivery and client growth

.

Required Experience

• 10–12 years of experience

in domestic recruitment/staffing.

• Strong

hands-on recruitment experience

is mandatory.

• Proven experience in

client management and stakeholder management

.

• Experience working with

MSP/VMS hiring models

.

• Hands-on experience with

SAP Fieldglass

or similar VMS platforms.

• Experience working with large enterprise clients, preferably clients such as

IQVIA or similar organizations

.

• Strong understanding of the Indian staffing and domestic hiring market.
• Demonstrated ability to

bring new clients/business opportunities

.

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage recruitment delivery while also contributing to business development.

Ideal Candidate

• not someone focused only on team management.

The candidate should be comfortable being

hands-on with recruitment

, managing enterprise/MSP clients, working on Fieldglass/VMS programs, and using their existing network and market knowledge to

bring new clients and requirements to the organization
