Role Description This is a full-time, remote Recruiter role (up to 20k / target based) focused on sourcing and placing candidates for client organizations. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including understanding client requirements, creating job postings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with clients for final selection. Daily responsibilities include proactive candidate outreach through job portals and social media, maintaining talent pipelines, and updating recruitment databases and reports. The role also involves building strong relationships with candidates and clients, aligning hiring strategies with business needs, and working towards placement and performance targets. The Recruiter is expected to collaborate with internal teams, adhere to timelines, and ensure a professional, inclusive candidate experience.

• Candidates should possess skills in using job portals, social media platforms, and basic applicant tracking or CRM tools.
• Candidates should possess skills in target-based work, time management, and maintaining organized recruitment pipelines.
• Candidates should possess strong verbal and written communication skills and a professional, inclusive approach to recruitment.
• Relevant experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR support roles is beneficial; experience in marketing or digital agencies is a plus.
• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred, along with the ability to work independently in a remote, performance-driven environment.
