RealtyRoof is a tech-first real estate sales and marketing company headquartered in Kharadi, Pune. We help homebuyers, investors and developers close deals faster using data, performance marketing and AI-driven processes.

What we do

• New launches: Sales and marketing partner for leading developers across residential and commercial projects
• Resale & rentals: End-to-end advisory across Pune’s key micromarkets
• RealtyRoof Assist: Legal execution and e-registration services for developers

We run high-volume lead-gen campaigns for residential & commercial projects, resale and rentals across Pune. We need someone who can own paid performance end to end and bring the cost per qualified lead down.

Only Meta and Google Ads specialists should apply.

What you’ll do

• Plan, launch and scale Meta (FB/Instagram) and Google (Search, PMax, YouTube) campaigns
• Own CPL, lead quality and qualification ratio, not just lead volume
• Run creative and audience testing every week
• Set up and maintain tracking: Pixel, CAPI, GA4, GTM, conversion events
• Push leads into CRM and work with the sales team on lead feedback
• Report daily and weekly performance with clear next actions

Must have

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Meta and Google Ads experience
• Proven record of managing monthly budgets of ₹5 Lakh+
• Strong grip on lead-gen forms, landing pages and funnel optimisation
• Real estate lead-gen experience strongly preferred

Add-on skills (a plus)

• LinkedIn Ads, Taboola/Outbrain, programmatic
• Property portals: 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com
• WhatsApp Business API and automation.
• Looker Studio dashboards, CRM integrations.
• AI tools for creatives and copy.
