Job Description

PrimeSpace Solutions is looking for a motivated and confident Real Estate Executive cum Caller to handle client calling, generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and assist in property sales and leasing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate property-related leads.
• Handle incoming inquiries regarding property sales, leasing, and commercial spaces.
• Explain property details, pricing, availability, and investment opportunities to clients.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Schedule property site visits and coordinate with clients.
• Assist in closing property sales and leasing deals.
• Maintain daily call records, client databases, and lead follow-up reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales and leasing is preferred.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer inquiries.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and WhatsApp.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve targets.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
