Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure and facility integration projects, with a particular focus on laboratory and technical environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in infrastructure project management, real estate and facilities delivery, site readiness, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and large-scale transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

•

Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure and facility integration projects across complex business environments.

•

Conduct site assessments to identify infrastructure gaps and ensure alignment with organizational standards.

•

Plan and coordinate server upgrades, equipment relocation, network readiness, and IT infrastructure deployments.

•

Manage infrastructure requirements involving power, cooling, networking, safety systems, and facility operations.

•

Coordinate with IT, network, security, engineering, facilities, and laboratory operations teams.

•

Establish project plans, milestones, budgets, governance frameworks, and performance metrics.

•

Manage vendors, project risks, dependencies, timelines, and resource requirements.

•

Support infrastructure integration during organizational transformation and M&A initiatives.

•

Ensure business continuity and minimize operational disruptions during facility transitions.

•

Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and operational efficiency.

•

Present project status, risks, and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

•

10+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure project management, facilities delivery, or large-scale integration programs.

•

Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or real estate projects, preferably across multiple sites.

•

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, power, cooling, and facility systems.

•

Experience coordinating infrastructure deployment, migration, and site readiness activities.

•

Strong project governance, budgeting, vendor management, and risk mitigation capabilities.

•

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

•

Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a matrixed organization.

•

Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

•

Experience with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical laboratory, or research facilities.

•

Experience with laboratory infrastructure integration and equipment relocation.

•

Exposure to M&A integration and enterprise transformation programs.

•

Experience with corporate real estate and office infrastructure projects.

•

Knowledge of GMP, GxP, data integrity, and related compliance standards.

•

PMP, PRINCE2, LEAN Six Sigma, or facility management certification.

•

Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
