React or Node Developer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site React or Node Developer role based in Bhopal. The developer will design, build, and maintain scalable web applications, collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features. Daily tasks include writing clean, testable JavaScript code, implementing front-end interfaces or back-end APIs, integrating third-party services, and optimizing performance and security. The role involves participating in code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to architectural decisions for new and existing projects. The developer will work closely with global clients, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong Front-End Development skills, ideally with React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Solid Back-End Web Development experience, preferably with Node.js and related server-side technologies.
• Proficiency in core Software Development principles, including clean code, testing, and version control.
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and related tooling for building scalable, maintainable applications.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.js or similar solutions.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration with third-party services.
• Understanding of relational or NoSQL databases and basic schema design.
• Knowledge of performance optimization, security best practices, and responsive design.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and document work effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in a product or agency environment and exposure to agile development methodologies is beneficial.
