Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager. The RCM Manager will oversee end-to-end revenue cycle activities, including patient registration, insurance verification, coding, billing, claims submission, payment posting, denials management, and collections. The role involves monitoring RCM performance metrics, analyzing trends, and implementing process improvements to enhance cash flow, reduce denials, and optimize reimbursement. The RCM Manager will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams, payers, and third-party partners to resolve billing issues, ensure compliance with regulatory and payer requirements, and maintain accurate documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising RCM staff, managing workloads, developing standard operating procedures, preparing regular reports and dashboards, and supporting automation and analytics initiatives to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Revenue Cycle Management, including billing, coding, claims processing, denials management, and collections.
• Experience with healthcare operations, payer enrollment, provider credentialing, referrals, and prior authorizations.
• Proficiency in data analytics, KPI reporting, business intelligence tools, and performance monitoring within healthcare settings.
• Familiarity with workflow automation, digital transformation initiatives, and healthcare technology platforms.
• Knowledge of compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance practices in healthcare revenue management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage remote staff, and drive continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced certification in RCM or medical billing is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a healthcare RCM leadership or managerial role is highly preferred.
