RBM - Pharma- Rural Market-Chhatrapati Sambhajin (Sambhajinagar)

• As a Regional Business Manager (2nd line manager position) you will based at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar HQ to handle Sales & Business Development of Rural Market
• You will ensure achievement of budget, current product launches & Retention / Development of team of ABM's & MR's and achieving high PCPM and target achievement.
• You will handle scientific / medical promotions and effective implementation of strategies.
• You should be good in Man/ Management and Administrative Control on Field Force.
• You will be responsible for effective and also helping them to achieve targets.

Required Candidate Profile

• You should be B.Sc or Science or Pharmacy Graduate with 10-12 years experience in Pharma Sales out of which 2-3 years as Regional Sales Manager handling of Rural market
• You should be good in Man/ Management and Business Development.
• You should have good experience in scientific / medical promotions , launching new products and effective implementation of strategies.
• You should be good in Maintaining Administrative Control on Filed Force.
