RBI Compliance Officer (Middle Layer NBFC)

Location: Pitampura, Delhi

Experience: 4–8 Years (Mandatory experience with a Middle Layer NBFC)

We are looking for an experienced RBI Compliance Professional with end-to-end knowledge of NBFC regulatory compliances.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling A to Z RBI compliances for a Middle Layer NBFC.
• Filing all RBI DNBS returns/forms (XBRL/online/offline, as applicable).
• CIC Reporting (CIBIL, CRIF High Mark, Equifax & Experian).
• NESL Reporting.
• CKYC reporting and compliance.
• FIU-IND/AML/CFT reporting and regulatory compliance.
• CRILC reporting.
• RBI DAKSH portal compliance and supervisory submissions.
• Statutory Auditor Certificate (SAC) related filings.
• Compliance with Scale Based Regulation (SBR) framework.
• Submission of fraud/NPA related regulatory returns, if applicable.
• Coordination with RBI, statutory auditors and internal stakeholders for regulatory inspections and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of RBI Master Directions, Fair Practices Code, KYC Directions, Outsourcing Guidelines, and all periodic regulatory returns applicable to Middle Layer NBFCs.
