Overview

Seeking an experienced UKG Solution Architect / Senior Consultant to lead UKG implementation and workforce management transformation initiatives. The candidate should have deep expertise in UKG configuration, environment replication, workforce scheduling, time management, and complex integrations with Oracle Fusion applications. The role requires strong experience in workforce management, labor scheduling, and timekeeping processes, as well as experience integrating UKG with Oracle Fusion applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead UKG solution design, configuration, and implementation activities.
• Duplicate and configure UKG environments to support testing, training, and deployment needs.
• Configure and optimize Time Management, Scheduling, Accrual, and Clock components.
• Define and execute data migration, testing, and deployment strategies.
• Provide guidance on workforce management best practices and process improvements.
• Lead integration design and implementation between UKG and Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Lead integration design and implementation between UKG and Oracle Fusion Projects.
• Ensure seamless flow of employee, labor, time, project costing, and payroll-related data.
• Collaborate with Oracle HCM, OIC, and technical teams to design and support end-to-end integrations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Workforce Management experience, including significant UKG experience.
• Minimum 3 end-to-end UKG implementation or transformation programs in a lead role.
• Strong understanding of workforce management, labor scheduling, and timekeeping processes.
• Experience integrating UKG with Oracle Fusion applications.
• Utility industry experience is a plus.
