Quantity Surveyor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and detailed cost estimates.
• Read and interpret civil, architectural, and structural drawings.
• Calculate material quantities and labour requirements.
• Prepare rate analysis and project cost sheets.
• Verify contractor bills and prepare running account (RA) bills.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure cost control.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and contractors.
• Maintain measurement sheets, billing records, and project cost reports.

Qualification

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in quantity surveying, estimation, and construction billing.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
