Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Interior Fit-Outs

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (QS) with experience in corporate office interiors. The candidate should be capable of handling quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, measurements, billing, rate analysis and coordination with project and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed BOQs and quantity take-offs from architectural and interior drawings.

Take and verify site measurements for executed works.

Prepare and check vendor/subcontractor bills based on approved measurements.

Assist in preparation of client running bills and final bills .

Maintain measurement sheets and billing records project-wise.

Prepare rate analysis and compare vendor quotations.

Track BOQ quantities against actual site execution.

Identify variations, additional works and quantity deviations.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, Procurement and Accounts teams for billing documentation.

Verify quantities for civil, partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, carpentry, glass, electrical and other interior fit-out works.

Maintain proper documentation for work orders, BOQs, measurements and bill certifications.

Support project cost tracking and reconciliation.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Quantity Surveying, Estimation and Costing .

Strong understanding of drawings and site measurements.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel .

Working knowledge of AutoCAD for quantity take-offs.

Knowledge of commercial interior fit-out materials and execution methods preferred.

Positive numerical and analytical skills.

Ability to coordinate with site and office teams.

Robust documentation and communication skills.

Qualification

B.Tech / B.E. / Civil Engineering.

1–4 years of relevant QS / Billing / Estimation experience.

Candidates with office interior / commercial fit-out experience will be preferred .

Preferred Candidate We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, disciplined with measurements and documentation, and capable of independently managing project quantity and billing records.
