Quantity Surveyor (Procurement & Billing) (Hyderabad)

Experience: 5 - 8 Years | Industry: Construction

Key Responsibilities

• Handle BOQ, quantity take-offs, measurements, RA bills and final bills.
• Manage client and subcontractor billing, reconciliation and variations.
• Handle material procurement, vendor negotiations, quotations and purchase orders.
• Monitor project quantities, material consumption, procurement costs and budgets.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Accounts and vendors.
• Maintain project-wise billing, procurement and cost-control reports.
• Ensure timely procurement and billing across multiple projects.

Requirements

• B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5 - 8 years of relevant construction company experience.
• Robust knowledge of BOQ, billing, rate analysis, procurement and Excel.
• Good vendor negotiation and commercial coordination skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials and local market rates preferred.
