Preparation of BOQ, rate analysis & cost estimation for civil projects. Preparation of RA Bills(Running account bills) & final Bills . Preparation & verification of subcontractor / vendor bills. site measurement & reconciliation of materials . Preparation of tender documents & assisting in bidding process. Monitoring project cost, budgeting & reporting to management. Strong knowledge of estimation, billing & costing in civil projects. Hands on experience in AutoCAD, MS Excel(Mandatory). Material reconciliation reports (cement, steel, aggregates). Knowledge of IS codes, CPWD / State PWD specifications. Good communication & negotiation skills.
