Role Description This full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor Engineer – Civil and Finishes role is based in Vadodara. The role involves preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for civil and finishing works, validating quantities from drawings, and coordinating with site teams and project managers for accurate measurement and documentation. The Quantity Surveyor will monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle, track variations, assist in budgeting, and prepare periodic cost reports for management and clients. Day-to-day tasks include cost analysis, supporting tendering and estimation activities, evaluating contractor bills, and ensuring alignment with contractual terms and project specifications. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, procurement, and finance teams to maintain robust cost control and timely reporting.

• Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying or estimation software, along with strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and coordination skills to work with site teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or diploma in civil engineering or a related field; prior experience in quantity surveying for infrastructure or building projects is highly beneficial.
