Quantity Surveyor Cum Site Engineer ( Civil )

Role Summary

Quantity Surveyor cum Site Engineer responsible for quantity estimation, bill preparation, tendering, contract documentation, subcontractor bill verification, procurement coordination, quotation comparison, and site supervision to ensure quality and timely project execution for PARUDEESA LIVING project.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Estimations & Budget for on going Projects, Tenders etc.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
• Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors and, where appropriate, negotiate with the contractors.
• Reconciliation of materials according to the quantity executed at site & Quantity purchased.
• Monitor and keep track of project progress and responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract, for agreement of interim payments and the final account settlements.
• Measurement and valuation of the project
• Sub-contractors bill verification on weekly or completion basis.
• To carry out monthly valuations of work in progress.
• Analysing completed work and arranging payment to contractors
• Maintin Site Diary, Project Account, Budget Reviews, Contractor Payments, Project Payments etc. as per given formats.
• Responsible for complete procurement activities coordination in all project.
• Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from vendors as per specification and requirement given from each project.
• Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.
• Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors.
• Verification of material bills.
• Manage day-to-day construction activities across villas, apartment buildings, amenities, and infrastructure works.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Required Qualifications

• B. Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience
• Experience in large residential/township/villa projects is added advantage
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel/ MS office

Desired Skills

• Attention to details and problem solving ability
• Proficiency in MS excel and Auto CAD
• Knowledge of Quantity estimation, BOQ Preparation and billing
• Proficiency in Procurement coordination
• Good communication skills
• Site Supervision Skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

• Pariyaram, Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
