Quality Management Systems Engineer

We are seeking a Quality Management Systems Engineer to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality systems and a thorough understanding of IATF 16949 standards. This role is crucial for ensuring that our quality management processes meet industry standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal, process, and customer audits to assess compliance with quality management systems.
• Implement corrective actions and preventive actions (CAPA) to address non-conformities and improve processes.
• Perform root cause analysis and utilize 8D methodology to resolve quality issues effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality processes and ensure adherence to IATF 16949 standards.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality management systems and audit findings.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality management practices and procedures.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 standards and quality management systems.
• Experience in conducting internal audits and process audits.
• Proficiency in CAPA, CARA, root cause analysis, and 8D methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
