🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office (Monday-Friday)

We are looking for a Functional Tester with strong domain expertise in HRMS, Payroll, Compliance, and PEO systems to join our team.

✅ Functional amp; Manual Testing

✅ HRMS / HCM Systems

✅ Payroll Processing

✅ Compliance amp; Statutory Regulations

✅ Test Case amp; Test Scenario Creation

✅ Regression Testing amp; UAT

✅ JIRA, Bugzilla, TestRail, ALM

✅ SQL / Database Validation (Good to Have)

✅ API Testing (Good to Have)

Responsibilities

• Validate end-to-end HR and Payroll workflows
• Test employee lifecycle processes (Hire-to-Retire)
• Verify payroll calculations, deductions, taxes, and benefits
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and Business teams
• Track and manage defects through the complete lifecycle

Preferred Background

✔ Experience with HRMS, Payroll, Workforce Management, or PEO products

• ✔ Strong understanding of payroll components, compliance, and benefits administration ✔ Excellent analytical and communication skills
